2003 | Cuba, New Mexico
In 2003 we traveled to Cuba, New Mexico. Bill Leverton hosted the event from his home. During the event we visited local residents and traveled to places like the Bisti Badlands.
2002 | Tucson, Arizona
This year, Lightgathering was held in Tucson, AZ.
2001 | Santa Rosa, CA
We traveled to Santa Rosa, California for LightGathering and spent some time in San Francisco.
2000 | San Diego, CA & Ensenada, Mexico
Our first LightGathering meeting after the turn of the century was in San Diego, CA & Ensenada, Mexico.
1999 | Bisbee, AZ
We traveled to Bisbee, Arizona in 1999. Fourteen years earlier we held LightGathering there. It was interesting to see what had changed. Richard Senti brought his son Alex along and he was the hit of the event.
1998 | Organ Pipe National Monument, AZ & Northern Mexico
A trip to Organ Pipe National Monument was in order for 1998. We also traveled to Puerto Penasco, Mexico. The drive back to Arizona included a stop at Cerro Colorado the Red Cone crater.
1997 | Escalante National Monument, Utah
In 1997 we met Utah’s Escalante National Monument.
1996 | Kenwood, California
In 1996 we met in the great state of California. The area around the town of Kenwood had many interesting places to explore.
1995 | San Diego, CA
In 1995 we met in San Diego. Time was spent sailing, visiting art galleries, beach walks and viewing participants recent photographic work.
1994 | Paris River, Ut
In 1994 the remote Paris River area in Utah was our destination. The terrain offer many unusual photographic possibilities.
